การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของปัจจัยการดำเนินงานที่มีอิทธิพล ต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ของร้านจัดจำหน่ายวัสดุก่อสร้างในภาคใต้

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของปัจจัยการดำเนินงานที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ของร้านจำหน่ายวัสดุก่อสร้าง สอบถามความคิดเห็นจากเจ้าของกิจการหรือผู้จัดการร้านจำหน่ายวัสดุก่อสร้างในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พัทลุง สงขลา และกระบี่ จำนวน 162 คน ด้วยแบบสำรวจแล้ววิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อค่าหาเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin และ Bartlett’s Test Sphericity และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ

ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยการดำเนินงานที่มีอิทธิผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ของร้านจำหน่ายวัสดุก่อสร้าง ประกอบด้วย 7 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยการบริการ กระบวนการสั่งซื้อ การติดต่อสื่อสาร การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ย้อนกลับ การขนส่ง และการจัดการคลังสินค้า โดยทั้ง 7 ปัจจัย สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของตัวแปรทั้งหมดได้ 62.25% ปัจจัยที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้มากที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยด้านการบริการ รองลงมาเป็น ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการสั่งซื้อ การติดต่อสื่อสาร การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ย้อนกลับ และการขนส่ง ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยที่อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้น้อยที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยการจัดการคลังสินค้า

A Component Analysis of Operating Factors Influencing Logistics Management Efficiency of Construction Material Distributors in the South

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the efficiency of logistics management in the construction material distributors. A questionnaire developed by the researcher was distributed to 162 distributors in Surat Thani, Patthalung, Songkhla and Krabi and the entire questionnaire were returned to the researcher. Mean, standard deviations, KMO and Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity and factor analysis were applied in the data analysis.

The results showed that the factors influencing the efficiency of logistics management consisted of seven factors including the service, order processing, communication, inventory, reverse logistics, transportation and warehouse management. With regards to the total variance, 62.25 percent of the variance could be explained by the seven factors. The best factors that could explain the total variance was the service following by order processing, communication, inventory, reverse logistics, transportation and warehouse management respectively.
