The Correlation between New Public Management and Network Administration Of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s Autonomous College.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) level the attitude of personnel about the new public management in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s autonomous college, 2) level the attitude of personnel about the administration in the network of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s autonomous college ; and (3) Correlation between the new public management and network administration form of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s autonomous college. The population in this study the university academic staff (Lecturer), the university academic staff in academic support (Authorities) 156 sample, quantitative research were from Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.  The results were as follows: 1) The personnel's opinion level about the new public management in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s autonomous college. 2) The personnel's opinion about the network administration of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s autonomous college. 3) The relationship of the new public management correlated with the administration of the network administration of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s autonomous college through a staff opinion, the correlation was statistically significant at the .01 and in positive direction with the correlation coefficient (r) equals to 0.849 indicating a high level of relationship.
