Developing and Maintaining Relationships Between Employers and Employees in Accordance with Buddhism

This article offers the Buddhist concepts reducing a conflict and maintaining the good relationship between employers and employees by establishing a system of moral roles and responsibilities. The employers should put the right man on the right job and pay deservedly salary for them. Furthermore, the employers should provide the suitable welfare such as a yearly bonus, tourism, a banquet, and a vacation etc. After receiving the good welfare, the employees should aware on this goodness and should satisfy the employers by going to work early, extremely working, not getting off before the office time, being incorruptible, efficiency and quality working, and always feeling appreciate on the organizations.
