Abstract

The objectives of this research was to study the state of the management of student care and support system for dependent students to have self esteem and be good citizenship of basic schools in Phitsanulok province. The samples were administrators and teachers in schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were 80 persons, Area Office 2 were 80 persons , Area Office 3 were persons, total 240 persons , selected via purposive sampling. The instrument for data collecting was a five scale rating questionnaires. The statistics were mean, standard deviation. The results showed that the state of the management of student care and support system for dependent students to have self esteem and be good citizenship was over all at a moderate level, when considering each side, it was found to be the highest in the third stage of management of student care and support system was at a moderate level and the least in the fourth stage of checking development of process management of student care and support system was at a moderate level.
