This research aims 1. To study the current condition The need for the development of children's centers of local government organizations. 2. To study the development of children's centers of local government organizations. Case Study Champa Mong Sub-district, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani Province Using qualitative research as a purposive sampling by selecting a sample used in-depth interviews in three groups:group 1, government or local government, group 2, young children's development center executive and teachers or carers, group 3 parents. A total of 17 people in the community or stakeholders in Champa Mong Sub-district, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani Province, a total of 17 people used in the research, namely semi-structured interview guide, the tooling for data collection using the interview form, then set the issue and scope of the question, and have 3 experts examine the tools. The results showed that the current condition The need for the development of children's centers of local government organizations. A case study of Champa Mong Sub-district, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani province has been upgraded to a prototype child development center nationally. There is an increase in the potential of teachers and mentors who emphasize on regular training in order to be up-to-date in teaching and learning according to the current situation. 3. Focus on community participation by organizing a community agency to participate in the development of the child center.
