EFFECTIVE WELFARE LIVING FOR THE ELDERLY OF NON SUNG SUB-DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, YANG TALAT DISTRICT, KALASIN PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the problem of living allowance welfare of the elderly. Non Sung Sub-district Municipality, Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province, and 2) to study the efficiency of elderly living allowance welfare. Non Sung Sub-district Municipality, Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province. The population used in the research was the elderly who received the elderly self-pension benefits and the account transfer form. 165 people living in Non Sung Sub-district Municipality, Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province, the research sample group was determined and selected a specific population group (Purposive Sampling), which randomly selected 89 elderly people who were self-employed for living welfare. And elderly persons receiving subsistence welfare in the form of transfer into account of 76 from the Non Sung Sub-district Municipality, Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province, 11 communities, 14 people and 1 community 11 people, including a total of 165 elderly people. These were questionnaires with a 5-level estimation scale with confidence in the whole version of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research results showed 1) The problem of living welfare provision for the elderly Non Sung Sub-district Municipality, Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province The most common problem was that the responsible staff rarely visited and spoke with the elderly on a regular basis, followed by community leaders to delay the elders' rights. And the least common problem is personnel of the district municipality good-natured, rarely smiling equal to payment, also discriminated against. 2) The efficiency of living welfare benefits for the elderly. Non Sung Sub-district Municipality, Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province Overall, it was at a high level ( = 3.86) with the most demanded side being public relations ( = 4.07) followed by the demand for services and facilities ( = 3.83) and the lowest demand was process and service process ( = 3.64)
