Abstract

A study of self-development need toward Thailand 4.0 policy of supportive staff of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University was aimed to 1) study the level of self-development need toward Thailand 4.0 policy of supportive staff of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in 5 aspects; operational knowledge, information technology in operation, operational creativity, operational expertise and operational skills, and 2) compare the level of self-development need toward Thailand 4.0 policy of supportive staff of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University by the general information. The sample group of this study was 240 supportive staff from 23 faculties or colleges. The data was gathered by using the questionnaire and it was analyzed by using the statistics; frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA with 0.5 level of significant. The findings revealed that; 1) The level of self-development need toward Thailand 4.0 policy of supportive staff of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in 5 aspects was in the high level; operational expertise, operational skills, operational knowledge, information technology in operation and operational creativity. 2) The difference of the supportive staff of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in gender, working status and year of work experience was not affect the level of self-development need in 5 aspects (p-value = 0.88, 0.99 and 0.71 > 0.05). On the contrary, he difference of the supportive staff of SuanSunandhaRajabhat University in age and level of education attainment affected the level of self-development need in 5 aspects with 0.5 level of significant (p-value = 0.04 and 0.05 ≤ 0.05).
