Abstract

The purposes of the study were: 1) to study level of educational administration for the disabled of the Special Education Center Network 7, Special Education Bureau 2) to study the quality level of education according to the educational management standards for the disabled of the Special Education Center Network 7, Special Education Bureau 3) to study the relationship between the quality of educational administration and the quality of the educational management standards for the disabled of the Special Education Center Network 7, Special Education Bureau. and 4) to create a forecasting of education administration that affects the quality of educational management standards for the disabled of the Special Education Center Network 7, Special Education Bureau. The samples were administrators and teachers in the Special Education Center Network 7, total 326 people. Data was analyzed using questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale, Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) 1.00 and a reliability of 0.926 The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean score, standard deviation. Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Legion Regression Analysis.The results of the study were as follows: 1) All aspects of level of educational administration for the disabled of the Special Education Center Network 7, Special Education Bureau were at the highest quality level. 2) All standards of the quality level of education according to the educational management standards for the disabled of the Special Education Center Network 7, Special Education Bureau were at the high-quality level. 3) The relationship between educational administration and the quality of the educational management standards for the disabled of the Special Education Center Network 7, Special Education Bureau was positively correlated with the quality of education provision for the disabled with statistical significance at the .01 level. 4) The 4 characteristics of educational administration Including management characteristics Special Education Center, environment characteristics Special Education Center, personality Special Education Center, and administration policy and practice Special Education Center was able to effectively predict the quality of education for the disabled by 83.20 percent.5) Multiple linear regression Multiple in term of raw score Y ̂, =1.261+0.559 X2 +0.538 X3+0.505 X4+0.335 X1 Multiple in term of standard score z ̂ = 0.669 X3+0.623 X2+0.335 X1+0.286 X4
