Abstract

efficiency performance of employees and workers of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research and to study motivation affecting the efficiency performance of employees and worker. This research study was conducted on 300 employees and worker of the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research by using multi-step sampling techniques. Research instrument of research were questionnaires, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test, and multiple regression.  It was found that personal factors of employees and employees of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research Effective in practice The work is no different. And job success motivation affects the performance of employees and workers the most.
