Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study customer’s satisfaction of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University, 2) study customer’s behaviors of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University, 3) compare demography factors that affect customer’s satisfaction of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University. The subjects of the study were 400 customers who received services at the Student Post Office who were selected. The research instrument was a satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using statistical analyses including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested by using T-test and F-test (ANOVA) considering p-value at 0.05. The results showed that 1) customer’s satisfaction of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in terms of were all in high satisfaction level. 2) The customer’s behaviors of the Student Post Office revealed that most of the subjects sent clothing and apparels items (n = 237; 58.5%), used express delivery (n = 294; 73.5%), received service once or twice a week (n = 211; 52.8%), sent items up to 1 – 5 pieces a time (n = 361; 90.3%), and paid 36 – 100 baht a time when they received services from the Student Post Office (n = 275; 68.8%). 3) The hypotheses test results showed that the different genders influenced the significant different satisfaction of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in terms of price, people, physical, and process aspects (p < 0.05) The different ages influenced the significant different satisfaction of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in terms of people and physical aspects (p < 0.05) . Furthermore, the different educational levels influenced the significant different satisfaction of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in terms of people and physical aspects (p < 0.05). Finally, the different occupations influenced the significant different satisfaction of the Student Post Office at Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in terms of products, price, place, people, and physical aspects (p < 0.05).
