Abstract

The objectives of this qualitative research were 1) to study the learning management components of Prathomsuksa under Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University Demonstration School and 2) to study the learning management condition of Prathomsuksa under Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University Demonstration School.The data source was Prathomsuksa Classroom of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University Demonstration School by purposive selection. The research instrument was data record form, and the data analysis was a content analysis. The study found that 1.The learning management components of Prathomsuksa under Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University Demonstration School had 7 components; 1) Learning Atmosphere
2) Teachers 3) Material 4) Students Readiness 5) Learning Method 6) Learning Process7) Learning Support, and 2.The Learning of learning management condition of Prathomsuksa under Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University Demonstration School; 
1) Learning Atmosphere, the outside conditions were clear, shady and free from pollution, and also had properly provided knowledge materials on various parts of the classroom. 2) Teachers were qualified, mature, and ready to teach in advance, the appropriate media and equipment are prepared for the course, as well as taking care of students all the time. 3) Used learning video clips with music from YouTube, opened through good equipment, audio systems, computers and projectors that made students hearing and seeing clearly. 4) Students are well-equipped physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and always enthusiastic and interested in learning. 5) A variety of activities were organized to encourage students to have fun and interest in learning, there were various learning management techniques to make students happy and enjoyable. 6) Provided opportunities for students to use learning methods according to their own expertise, different ways of thinking and cognition are promoted according to the development of students that helped them learn intently. 7) The school had a vision of the importance of both scientific and professional, there was supervision and management of learning and provided appropriate assistance as needed
