A Study of The Behavior of Students not Submitting Assignments in The Manpower Planning and The Welfare and Compensation Administration Courses

This research aimed to study the reasons of students not submitting assignments and 2) find solutions to solve the problem of not submitting assignments of students. The researchers collected data from a sample group of students who enrolled in the manpower planning and the welfare and compensation administration courses in the 2nd semester, the academic year 2562, 68 students using purposive sampling. The study tools were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis are the descriptive statistics: percentage, mean and standard deviation and the inferred statistics: t-test. The order is sorted from the most important cause to the most important cause as follows: 1) Students caught on assignment in other courses, 2) The assignments are not interesting, 3) over-committed work. The least important cause is the assignment when it was done was lost and students do not have equipment or computers to do assignments. The solution to the problem of students not submitting assignments is students must better manage their time when working on assignments and Archived assignments should be stored in a variety of formats or brought in an information system to help prevent their loss. As for the teaching staff, assignments should be appropriate and consistent with the courses taught. Including appropriate time to organize assignments to prevent students from failing to meet the deadline.
