Effects of Human Resource Management towards Organizational Loyalty of the Thai Bar under the Royal Patronage Officials

Abstract

The aims of this qualitative study were to explore: 1) job satisfaction as a mediated factor between human resource management and organizational loyalty; and 2) organizational commitment as a mediated factor between human resource management and organizational loyalty of the Thai Bar under the Royal Patronage officials. Samples in the study were 92 samples of the Thai Bar under the Royal Patronage officials by using stratified random sampling and simple random sampling, which had the index of consistency (IOC) at 1.00 and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient scales from 0.801 to 0.910. Questionnaire was implemented as the research instrument in this study. Statistics used in the study included percentage, means, standard deviation, and structural equation model analyses. Findings in the study revealed that: 1) job satisfaction as a mediated factor between human resource management and organizational loyalty had the coefficient scale of Boot LLCI (Boot Strap Lower Limit Confidence Intervals) at 0.069; where the coefficient scale of Boot ULCI (Boot Strap Upper Limit Confidence Intervals) at 0.219. 2) Finally, organizational commitment as a mediated factor between human resource management and organizational loyalty had the coefficient scale of Boot LLCI (Boot Strap Lower Limit Confidence Intervals) at 0.127; whereas the coefficient scale of Boot ULCI (Boot Strap Upper Limit Confidence Intervals) at 0.273.
