Work Motivation of Employees at the Practitioner Level in the Production Line of Plastic Injection Industry for Auto Part Type. A Case Study of Siriwattana Plastic (1989) Co., Ltd

The objectives of this research are (1) to compare work motivation factors among staffs, classified by personal factors and (2) to receive work motivation factors level of employees at the practitioner level in the production line of plastic injection industry for auto part type at Siriwattana Plastic (1989) Co., Ltd. This is a quantitative research in which questionnaires are used to collect the data from a sample size of 210 persons according to the concept of Krejcie & Morgan, (1970). Statistics used in this research include mean, percentage, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, Chi-Square, and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) via Fisher`s Least Significant Difference (LSD). The results revealed that work motivation was at good level ( =3.98, S.D.=.510), following by Interpersonal Relationship ( =4.07, S.D.=.642), achievement ( =4.03, S.D.=.607), responsibility ( =4.00, S.D.=.560), policy and administrator ( =3.97, S.D.=.643), recognition ( =3.90, S.D.=.571), advancement ( =3.82, S.D.=.706), work condition ( =3.72, S.D.=.688), and Compensation ( =3.41, S.D.=.715) respectively
