This research aims to study the management of tourism logistics elements towards the satisfaction of Thai tourists. The researcher has selected a case study of tourists around the Emerald Buddha (Wat PhraKaew) to compare demographic characteristics affecting logistics satisfaction elements and the satisfaction of Thai tourists. A case study (Wat PhraKaew) also aims to study the relationship between logistics enterprises that affect tourist satisfaction. The case study (Wat PhraKaew) is also a guideline for the development of tourism logistics of Wat PhraKaew to overcome an efficient tourism logistics management system in the future. This research has 400 samples and processing data analysis by SPSS program using statistics on frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test value, and One-Way Analysis of Variance (f-test).

The research revealed that tourists were satisfied with moderate to high tourism logistics levels at Wat PhraKaew. Besides, many elements, such as the physical convenience of obtaining information service safety of people and property. In addition, expenditure and finance received a moderate level of satisfaction. When analyzed tourists who have different demographic characteristics with overall tourism logistics management, the researcher found that tourists are satisfied with all elements of Tourism Logistics Management. Including the case of age, and the status difference was statistically significant at 0.05.

This research also clarifies opinions and guidelines for developing and improving tourism logistics management for Wat PhraKaew to be more effective and efficient. Including all support and assistance systems such as travel, restaurants, and other related information. Moreover, the cooperation between nearby tourist destinations may adopt Link map Travel routes to nearby attractions for gathering income distribution to the community.
