This research aimed to study 1. To study the level of performance and the level of performance of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in surince province, 2. To study Operational Factors Affecting Employee Performance of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in surince province, The population used in the research was Employee Performance of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in surince province, 517 people . The sample group used in this research was 217 employees of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in Surin Province. The samples were obtained from the opening of the Crazy Morgan ready-made table. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The questionnaire reliability was .91. The statistic used to test the hypothesis was Pearson's correlation. The results of the research showed that 1) the overall and individual performance factors were at a high level in all aspects.
