Abstract

This research aimed to study 1. To study the level of performance and the level of performance of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in surince province, 2. To study Operational Factors Affecting Employee Performance of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in surince province, The population used in the research was Employee Performance of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in surince province, 517 people . The sample group used in this research was 217 employees of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in Surin Province. The samples were obtained from the opening of the Crazy Morgan ready-made table. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The questionnaire reliability was .91. The statistic used to test the hypothesis was Pearson's correlation. The results of the research showed that 1) the overall and individual performance factors were at a high level in all aspects. Sort the averages from least to 3 in order:  Performance  Opportunities for advancement in career  and relationships within the organization 2) The results of the study of the overall and individual performance level of efficiency at a high level in all aspects Sort the mean from highest to lowest in 3 orders, namely the internal process. learning and development and financial 3) The results of this study were to study the Factors Affecting Employee Performance of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in surince province, was found that there was a positive correlation with the criterion variable, namely the performance of employees of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives in Surin Province. with statistical significance at the 0.05 level, which was the highest value of .944 and the lowest value .759. The correlation and direction in the same direction was at the highest level and had a good level of impact on predictive variables both 4 are Relationships within the organization working environment  Opportunities for advancement in career and operational performance.
