Abstract

The research objectives as follows: 1) To develop the effectiveness of learning management according to Sappurisadham 7 to achieve for Bachelor Degree Suphanburisrisuwanpu concerned with the criterion of 80/80. 2) To compare the achievement of pre-test and post-test of learning management according to Sappurisadham 7 to achieve for Bachelor Degree Suphanburisrisuwanpu 3) To study the opinions of Bachelor Degree Suphanburisrisuwanpu towards development of learning management according to Sappurisadham 7 to achieve for Bachelor Degree Suphanburisrisuwanpu. This research work was a kind of Pre-Experimental Qualitative Research done with the sampling group of 20 Bachelor Degree. The tool used in this research work was learning management with pre-test and post-test and the satisfaction assessment form. All of data in this research work analysed with Means, Percentage, Standard Deviation and T-test. The results of the research work were as follows: 1. Development of learning management according to Sappurisadham 7 to achieve for Bachelor Degree Suphanburisrisuwanpu found effective along the standard criterion which was equal to (E1) 85.00/(E1) 87.50 according to the specified criteria of 80/80. 2. The comparison of the achievement of pre-test and post-test of learning management according to Sappurisadham 7 to achieve for Bachelor Degree Suphanburisrisuwanpu found obviously effective towards their learning with average high scores of (X) before applying learning management which was equal to 26, the  Standard Deviation (S.D) is equal to 1.87. Moreover, the average scores (X) after applying learning management which was equal to 35, the Standard Deviation (S.D) was equal to 2.21 and T-test value is -16.22. It could be concluded that the average scores after applying learning management were higher than the average scores before applying learning management with statistical significance at 0.05. 3. The study of the opinions of towards learning management according to Sappurisadham 7 to achieve for Bachelor Degree Suphanburisrisuwanpu found that Bachelor Degree were so satisfied with all of every aspects (X) = 4.18, S.D. = 0.79) according to the hypothesis.
