Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the operational efficiency level of Bangphlat District Officers in Bangkok, 2) to study factors related to the operation and Iddhipada toward the operational efficiency of Bangphlat District Officers in Bangkok and 3) to study problems, obstacles and recommendation on the operational efficiency of Bangphlat District Officers in Bangkok. The methodology of this research paper was mixed method of quantitative method by random sampling of 245 samples using Taro Yamane Formula. The statistical analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The qualitative method was performed by selecting 9 key informants and in-depth interview with content analysis. The research finding were as follow; 1. The overall opinion on operational efficiency of Bangphlat District Officers in Bangkok was at high level ( = 4.08, S.D.= 0.591).  On each aspect, from progressive services ( = 4.10, S.D. = 0.729), on equality services ( = 4.09, S.D. = 0.669), on timely services ( = 4.09, S.D. = 0.667) and on consistency services ( = 4.04, S.D. = 0.642) respectively 2. The relation of operational efficiency of Bangphlat District Officers in Bangkok, in overall was positive correlation at the rather high level (R = .755**) and the performance according to Iddhipada and operation of Bangphlat District Officers in Bangkok, in overall was positive correlation at the rather high level (R =.829**) with the statistic significant at 0.01, therefore, the hypothesis was accepted.
