Abstract

Followership is an important role in moving forward the organization to be successful in the organization’s vision, missions, and objectives. A successful organization needs to have more scale of followership qualification in the workers who perform the work. Each organization contains many types of followers such as distinguished followers, yielding followers, ignorant followers, and effective followers who are considered to have the most qualification of followership. Effective followers know how to analyze things and have the freedom of thoughts while working in the organization which has resulted in the easily successful of work. Moreover, effective followers set themselves to work in order to reach the organization’s objectives. They have their work goal, use the work resources appropriately. Also, they are able to point out their strengths and weaknesses as well as to eliminate their leader’s weaknesses and to build their strengths for the organization.
