Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1. to study the strategic management of an efficiency climbing perch fish, 2. to present the marketing mix of an efficiency climbing perch fish. The research employs qualitative. Data were collected by in-depth interviews with 6 entrepreneurs who raised climbing perch fish within Maha sawat subdistrict, Phutthamonthon district, Nakhon Pathom province. The research finding revealed that 1. Entrepreneurs have a strategic management in raising climbing perch fish by the determination of choosing fish breeders from a reliable sources, there are quality control in fish farming through water and food control to get fish according to the market size, and prevent diseases within the fish, and 2. Entrepreneurs in the climbing perch fish farming business use the marketing mix (7Ps) in their business operations through differentiation by making processed fish to meet the market demand by focusing more on online sales and efforts that were made to differentiate the meat of the cichlids through different diets according to each individual recipe. to get the most satisfaction of customers.
