The objectives of this research were: 1. to study the approach of community shop management with participation Case Study Khet Khun Village Maeu Sub - district, Thawat Buri District, Roi Et Province 2. to propose a guideline for community shop management with participation Case Study Khet Khun Village Maeu Sub - district, Thawat Buri District, Roi Et Province. This is a qualitative research with research tools such as an indepth interview with 6 target groups : 1) Village Fund Leaders 2) Community Scholars 3) Village Headmen 4) People living in Community 5) academics and 6) government officials The data collected from documents, literature, and interview forms were used for content analysis. It was found that the community shop management approach can be divided into 4 aspects : 1) operational planning; It starts with finding the needs of people in the community in using consumer products. To limit the scope of bringing the product to sell mobilize interested parties Become a partner or member to receive rewards after using the service. 2) Operational aspects. The board or its members must manage the work. To be in accordance with the principles of good governance. 3) Auditing. There are 3 audit committees, 2 audit committees, checking products every 3 months or 4 times a year. 4) Methods or procedures for improvement. It shall be according to the resolution of the meeting between the members and the committee with a majority vote for the satisfaction and needs of the majority. The results of the study on the issue of recommendations for community shop management with participation found that community shops need support from the government or related agencies. To promote knowledge, budget, capital and equipment modern technology and is an international standard In order for the community shop to be able to support members and develop to receive goods or products from the people in the community to sell in the community shop effectively and efficiently.
