Tourism Innovation Development: A Guidebook in the Corporate Social Responsibility Conservationist Project at the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park and Energy for Environment Center, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province

The purpose of this research was to develop a guidebook for the Corporate Social Responsibility Conservationist Project (CSRC) at the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park and Energy for Environment Center, Cha-am district, Petchaburi province using qualitative and quantitative research. Study and collect data of area content, interview the needs of the officer and tourist for having the CSRC project guidebook were performed and the guidebook are developed using those data. Questionnaire was used for tourist satisfaction towards the CSRC project guidebook evaluation and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results showed that the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park and Energy for Environment Center need a guidebook for giving the project detail to tourist in a pocket book side while tourist needs to know the project detail and activity expenditure from the guidebook. The guidebook was developed by analyzing general information of the area and studying the guidebook pattern and processing from several sources, then the guidebook was ready to use after proving by the experts. 30 experimental tourists used the CSRC project guidebook and showed their satisfaction toward the guidebook at high level (3.65) by satisfied toward photo arrangement, language usage, book formatting, value and guidebook content in sequencing.
