Abstract

  The purposes of this research were 1. to create and find effective skills training books to be effective and develop the efficiency of skill practice exercises to reach the efficiency criterion 80/80  2. to compare through skill practice exercises books and traditional teaching. 3. Studying students satisfaction on skills training books.The samples were recruited through purposive sampling as they were the advice of the researcher consisted of 41 Prathomsuksa 5 students during the semester 1 of the academic year 2021 from Suraomai School. The researcher divided the sample group into 2 groups: (1) The experimental has been taught with skill practice exercises books. 2) The control group has been taught with conventional teaching. The instruments used for this study included  1) 8 skill practice exercises books. 2) 8 the skill training lesson plans with the skill practice exercises books. 3) 8 conventional teaching lesson plans. and 4) The academic achievement test  30 items and had the quality in content validity. The item difficulty ranged between 0.37–0.77, the item discrimination ranged between 0.20-0.80 and the overall reliability was .94. 5) satisfaction questionnaire for The experimental has been taught with skill practice exercises books. Quantitative data analysis as mean standard deviation and independent sample t-test score. The results of research found that: 1) The efficiency of skill practice exercises books were 81.75/81.83 followed by the criterion expected. 2) The academic achievement  were through the skill training lesson plans with the skill practice exercises and those of control group with traditional teaching were significantly different at the .05 level.3) The outcome of satisfaction for skills training books is a cumulative value of 4.50 concluding to be an appropriate most satisfied level.
