Abstract

Objective: To study the origins of the problem with the criteria for assigning compensation to a group of people who have been quarantined for 14 days in the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Local Quarantine Operation Center for waiting to see symptoms. Which is restricted in rights and freedom from public service according to the order of Nakhon Phanom Province, a place at risk of spreading dangerous communicable diseases according to the Communicable Diseases Act B.E. 2558 to benefit in the prevention and control of dangerous communicable diseases or epidemics. in the area of ​​Nakhon Phanom Province The communicable disease control officer in that area shall have the power to approve, grant or issue an order in accordance with the provincial governor's power to set compensation to incentivize the group of persons detained in the Nakhon Phanom area to receive compensation while being detained within Local quarantine operations center for coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) legal.
