Service Guidelines for the New Normal of Hotel Restaurants in Muang District Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

The study of services in the hotel restaurant business is one way to create customers’ impression and assurance for preparing travel arrangements during the outbreak of the CoronaVirus2019 pandemic and to promote economy within the province through the service industry. This research article aims to study and give suggestions towards the New Normal services at hotel restaurants in Muang district, Nakhon Ratchasima. The study is qualitative research conducted by an observation and a semi-structured interview. The results analyzed with content analysis showed the guidelines for New Normal services in hotel restaurants, which are 1. reservation and greetings 2. table setting and service equipment, and 3. food & beverage menus.
