Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the elements and to construct the strategies management for high achievements in moral school of Primary schools in Phetchabun Province.         The research methods was mixed method had 2 steps; step 1. The study the elements of management for high achievements in moral school of Primary schools , Synthesis elements and items of management for high achievements in moral school of Primary schools from document, concept, theory and research, Data were collected by data record form and Synthesis form, Data were analyzed using content synthesis. Step2.To construct the strategies management for high achievements in moral school of Primary schools. 12 experts were selected by purposive selection. Five-rating scale questionnaire was used as a research instrument with item objective congruence between .80 – 1.00 and reliability of .97. Data were analyzed using statistics, including mean and standard deviation. The findings of this research were as follows; 1.The elements were 5 core elements; 1) the school 2) the school administrator 3) the teacher s 4) the students and 5) the parent of student with 14 small elements and 50 items.  2. The construct of strategies were 5 core elements; 1) the school 2) the school administrator 3) the teachers 4) the students and 5) the parent of student with 14 sub elements and 50 items. Conduct groups of the strategies into 3 groups by system analysis principle; Inputs 10 items, process 32 items and outputs 8 items.
