Abstract

The objectives of this research 1) were to study the state of participatory administration in general administration of educational institutions under the Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) to propose guidelines for the development of general administration. Participatory form of educational institutes under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research method consisted of two steps. The sample group consisted of 120 educational institutions. The informants were school administrators and general administration heads. Determine the sample size according to Craigie and Morgan's table. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0. 96 Data were analyzed by statistics, mean, and standard deviation. Step 2 presented guidelines for the development of general administration with participation of educational institutions. The informants were 9 experts by selective method. The tools used were interview forms. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that (1) the condition of the administration with participation in general administration of the educational institutions The overall picture was at a high level. (2) The guidelines for the development of general administration with participation of educational institutions are as follows: 1) administrative operations. Officers responsible for administrative work should be appointed. store information as information There is supervision, follow-up and evaluation of performance. 2) Technology for education. A working group should be appointed by assigning tasks to the appropriate personnel responsible for the work. Set goals for student development in accordance with the annual government action plan.
