Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the quality of work life of employees of Thailand Post Co., Ltd.: Head office, and 2) To study personal factors related to quality of work life of employees of Thailand Post Co., Ltd.: Head Office. The samples used in the research were employees of the Thailand Post Co., Ltd.: Head Office consisted of 327 persons. Questionnaires were employed in data collecting Statistics used, for the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Chi-Square. The statistical significance was determined at the .05 level. The results showed that the overall opinion on the quality of work life of employees of the research Thailand Post Co., Ltd.: Head Office was at moderate level.  The hypothesis testing revealed that salary of employees of Thailand Post Co., Ltd.: Head Office related to the quality of work life at statistical significant level set at .05
