This article presents the moral concepts and the guidelines for the prevention of ethical decline and moral crisis in the changing context which causes the phenomenon of undesirable attributes in the society as well as the ethical problems which persist in Thai society for more than a decade. Dealing with ethical problems is often difficult because of the ethical dilemma which may occur.  The educational institution administrators must, therefore, employ self-management, merit system, Buddhist ways, and emotional intelligence in the administration. In addition, the administrators should also employ Buddhist doctrines and modern science and arts to develop the behaviors as well as adopt the moral standards to define the code of ethics based upon the Moral Standards Act B.E. 2562.
