The objectives of this independent study were (1) to develop and determine the efficiency of e-book on Food and Digestion to achieve the 80/80 criteria, (2) to compare the academic achievement of Science and Technology on Food and Digestion of grade 6 students between e-book and a conventional teaching method. The population of this research consisted of 132 grade 6 students in the 1st semester, academic year 2021 at Wat Muang School, Bang Khae District Office, Bangkok The sample was selected using a simple random sampling by drawing lots of two classrooms, divided into (1) the experimental group taught by using e-book on Food and Digestion , i.e. 33 grade 6/1 students and (2) the control group taught by a conventional teaching method , i.e. 33 Grade 6/2. The research instruments were (1) e-books on Food and Digestion of Science and Technology for grade 6 level, (2) Academic management plan on Food and Digestion of Science and Technology for grade 6 level, (3) Academic achievement test on Food and Digestion, which was characterized by a multiple choice test with 4 options. The test contained 30 items with the reliability of 0.938 using Randomized-Group, Pretest-Posttest Design. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test independent. The major findings indicated as follows: 1.The efficiency index of the developed e-book on Food and Digestion for grade 6 level was 79.29/80.11. 2.Academic achievement of Science and Technology on Food and Digestion of the experimental group was higher than the control group with a statistical significance level of .05
