Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the problem of student affairs administration of basic education institutions of private schools and 2) to present guidelines for student affairs administration of basic educational institutions of private schools. The research method consisted of two steps: Step 1 studied the problem of student affairs administration of basic education institutions of private schools. The sample group was school administrators. and head of student affairs under the Office of the Private Education Commission In Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, 35 people were obtained by stratified sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The key informants, including 5 experts, were obtained using a specific selection method. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview form. and analyze the data with content analysis techniques. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall level of problems in student affairs administration of basic education institutions of private schools was at the lowest level. Management problems at the highest level are special projects. which is at the lowest level The second lower level had two levels of the same problem, namely guidance and activities. administrative work and the least problem of work was student welfare and 2) the guideline for student affairs administration of basic education institutions of private schools consisted of 24 items of action, classified into 5 aspects as follows: (1) Guidance, there were 4 practical items (2) As for student activities, there are 5 practical items (3) for special projects. There were 5 practical items, (4) administrative, 5 practical items, and (5) student welfare. There are 5 practice items.
