Abstract

The purpose of this research includes 1) to compare study the personal factors with service efficiency and 2) to present relation between motivation to work factors with affect service efficiency. This research is quantitative research. The sample group consists of 107 employees from a government savings bank, management centre and debt control in region 5. By probability sampling and stratified sampling. The tool used in the research is questionnaires. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Pearson’s correlation analysis using a statistical program.

The results are that 1) overall levels of motivation to work and service efficiency were at a high level; an average was 4.03 and 4.03; standard deviation was .784 and .752. 2) personal factors by age, incomes, and experience have an influence on service efficiency at a statistically significant level of .05. and 3) overall motivation to work has an impact on service efficiency at a statistically significant level of .01. They were related at a high level.
