Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the satisfaction on the marketing mix (7Ps) of Shabushi restaurants in Ubon Ratchathani Province. The research was quantitative research. The sample group used in this research was 400 general persons who used Shabushi shop in Ubon Ratchathani Province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Use is the frequency distribution, mean, percentage, standard deviation. The results revealed that the satisfaction assessment of the user satisfaction study on the marketing mix (7Ps) of Shabushi restaurants in Ubon Ratchathani province Most of the service users are male. More than 52.00 percent. In terms of age, it was found that most of the users were between 16-25 years old, representing 63.00 percent. As for the education level, it was found that most of the users had a bachelor's degree, accounting for 61.00 percent. It was found that most of the service users were professional. student/student accounted for 64.00 percent monthly income found that most of the service users had monthly income less than 10,000 baht, representing 70.80%. Most of them live in Ubon Ratchathani Province. accounted for 81.30 percent, their overall satisfaction with the marketing mix was at a high level. with a total mean (=4.12), which most of the respondents were satisfied with Marketing Promotion (=4.16) People (=4.16) Physical Characteristics (=4.16) Process (=4.15) Distribution Channels (=4.15) on the product side (=4.08) and on the price side (=4.05), respectively.
