The Guideline of Development According to the Good Governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Cultural Office

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) study people’s opinion to the administration according to the good governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office 2) compare people’s opinion to opinion to the administration according to the good governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office categorized by personal factors and 3) study the administrative development guideline according to the good governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office The sample group of this study was 400 people who used the service of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office. Tool of this study was the questionnaires. The confidence interval was 0.928. The analytical statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. The results found that. 1. The people’s opinion to the administration according to the good governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office in general was at the highest level. And when analyzing on each aspect found that the rule of laws aspect, the ethical aspect, the participation aspect, the accountability aspect and the value of money aspect were at the highest level whereas the transparency aspect was at the high level. 2. The comparison of people’s opinion to administration according to the good governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office categorized by personal factors found that people with difference age, occupations and monthly income had the statistically difference of opinion to the administration according to the good governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office at the 0.5 significant level. 3. The people’s opinion to the administrative development guideline according to the good governance of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya cultural office in general was at the highest level. And when analyzing on each aspect found that the administration of justice aspect, the security aspect, the command and coordination aspect and the coping were at the highest level.
