Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the components of creative leadership of school administrators and 2) to study the level of opinions towards the components of creative leadership of school administrators under The Office of Sukhothai Primary Education Service Area 1. The sample consisted of 344 school administrators and teachers under The Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 1, totaling 344 people. The instruments used for gathering the data was 5 rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used were exploratory component analysis, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research found as follow : 1) The components of creative leadership of school administrators Under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 1 consists of 4 components : Component 1 Creative Thinking and Innovation The weights of the component was between .549-.791. The second component was Individualized Consideration understanding. The weight of the component was between .501-.750. The third component was Participation in work and problem solving. The weight of the component was between .503-.712. Element 4 Vision development to changes The weight of the component was between .506-.562. All 4 components were able to explain the total variance at 75.511%. 2)The opinion level of creative leadership of school administrators found that the overall level was at a high level. When considering each component, it was found that The component with the highest level of opinion was the second component in regard to Individualized Consideration understanding with mean = 4.22 and standard deviation (S.D.=.06). The least is the third component of Participation in work and problem solving with the mean = 4.12 and the standard deviation (S.D.=.06).
