Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of factors of the nature of work performed affecting organizational commitment of personnal of Private vocational institutions; to study the level of factors of quality of work life affecting organizational commitment of personnal of Private vocational institutions; to study the level of organizational commitment of private vocational institute personnel; to compare the level of organizational commitment of private vocational institute personnel. Classified by individual factors; and to study factors affecting organizational commitment of private vocational institute personnel: A case study of private in hightech technological college. Collecting the data from 127 of personnel who work in private vocational institutions : A case study of private in hightech technological college. The instrument used was a 5-level estimation questionnaire with an IOC value between 0.80 -1.00 with Reliability was 0.958. Data were analyzed in terms of

frequency, means, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA), and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
