Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the quality of work life of personnel in the Employees of the Royal Irrigation Department, 2) to compare the quality of working life of the Employees of the Royal Irrigation Department classified by personal factors 3) to study the relationship between organizational climate and the quality of working life of the Employees of the Royal Irrigation Department. The sample group used in this research was 392 personnel of the Employees of the Royal Irrigation Department. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire, and the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-statistic Test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient with a statistical significance of 0.05. The results of the research found that 1) the Employees of the Royal Irrigation Department had overall quality of work life at a high level. 2) Factors of organizational climate related to quality of work life. 3) Personal factors, including different mantal status, There is no difference in quality of working life. while personnel with sex, age, education level income, the duration of operation and personnel type is different have different quality of working life It was statistically.
