Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of School Under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This research aims 1) to study the conceptual framework of the factors of administrator competencies , the factors of academic administration, and the factors of organizational climate  that affecting the effectiveness of school under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2) to study level of school effectiveness of school under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 3) to study the factors of administrator competencies , the factors of academic administration, and the factors of organizational climate that affecting the effectiveness of school 4) to study relationship between administrator competencies, academic administration, and organizational climate to school effectiveness  5) to construct predictive equation of school effectiveness; and  6) to verify the predictive equation of school effectiveness by conducting a mixed methods research using both interview and questionnaire, The results were as follow,

1. The conceptual framework of the three variables and factors of school effectiveness are able to be used to study the effectiveness of school under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

2. Effectiveness of schools under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were found at high level.

3. Factors of administrator competencies, academic administration, and organizational climate which affect the effectiveness of school under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were found at high level.

4. Factors of administrator competencies, academic administration, and organizational climate were positively correlated with school effectiveness at the significant level of .01

5. The predictive equation of factors affecting school effectiveness of school under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was found as follow

6. Results from site visit and in-depth interview to verify the predictive equation of factors affecting school effectiveness of school under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were consistent with the predictive equation obtained from the data analysis from the questionnaire done in second phase
