1.Author Ethical Responsibilities
The author of the article is responsible for considering that the manuscript submitted to the journal for consideration must be an article that has never been published before. The article must not be a duplicate of the one registered in other journals. The article must be in accordance with the objectives of the journal, must not copy the work of others or inappropriately refer to the work of others, including text, images, tables, etc. The author must comply with the journal's template. All persons named in the article must have actually participated and must not report information that is inaccurate, whether it is creating false information, forging, distorting, including decorating or selecting to display only information that is consistent with the conclusion that does not meet academic standards. The author of the article is responsible for considering that his/her manuscript is a study of research and experiments on humans or experimental animals, which may affect the dignity, rights, safety and health of people. Please attach an ethics certificate from the Human Research Ethics Committee or Experimental Animals that meets academic standards. The approval for publication depends on the consideration of the journal's editorial board. It is final.
2.Editor Roles and Responsibilities
The editor is responsible for considering the quality of articles for consideration for publication in the journal for which he/she is responsible and for not publishing articles that have been published elsewhere. He/she checks for publication of research results that have proper research methods and produces reliable results and does not disclose the information of the author and article assessors to other persons who are not involved in the consideration. He/she must check for plagiarism according to academic standards and can withdraw or reject articles without the author's consent if it is found to violate the terms of the journal or research ethics.
3. Reviewer Roles and Responsibilities
Article assessors must not disclose information in the article to other persons who are not involved and do not have conflicts of interest with the author. The consideration of article evaluation is only in the fields in which he/she has expertise or knowledge related to the article.
