Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study public administration in the digital age of Damrongtham Center in Nong Muang District. 2) To study the readiness of royal administration in the digital era of Damrongtham Center, Nong Muang District Lopburi Province 3) To propose guidelines for royal administration in the digital era of Damrongtham Center, Nong Muang District Lopburi Province by using the study method using the qualitative study method study from book Related white papers Including field data collection from in-depth interviews of 15 people.
The results showed that
- Government Administration in the Digital Era of Damrongtham Center, Nong Muang District Lopburi Province Missions in 7 dimensions are: 1st dimension: receiving complaints/grievances 2nd dimension miscellaneous services ONE STOP 3rd dimension service and forwarding complaints SERVICE LINK 4th dimension receiving information 5th dimension receiving complaints Requirements and recommendations. Dimension 6: Implementation of important and urgent policies of the 7th dimension. Arrangement of fast moving operations.
- Readiness for government administration in the digital era of Damrongtham Center, Nong Muang District Lopburi Province by Damrongtham Center, Nong Muang District Prepare according to the mission in 7 dimensions, including the 1st dimension: receiving complaints/grievances Open for complaints / complaints 24 hours a day. Dimension 2 Miscellaneous services provide consulting services via the Internet. by telephone that responds to convenience and speed.
