Comparison of the roles of school administrators on Learning Organization as Perceived by School Teachers in Saphan Sung Area under Bangkok

Abstract

A comparison of the roles of school administrators in organizing learning organizations according to the perceptions of school teachers in order to know the roles of school administrators in organizing learning organizations. The objectives of this article are 1) to study and compare the role of school administrators in managing learning organizations according to the perceptions of school teachers in Saphan Sung District. The collection method was used by stratified sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. Basic statistics, t-test and one-way analysis of variance.
