Abstract
A comparison of the roles of school administrators in organizing learning organizations according to the perceptions of school teachers in order to know the roles of school administrators in organizing learning organizations. The objectives of this article are 1) to study and compare the role of school administrators in managing learning organizations according to the perceptions of school teachers in Saphan Sung District. Under Bangkok This is a survey research by gender. Work experience Salary rank The sample group used in this research Including school teachers in Saphan Sung District Under Bangkok, academic year 2021, number 118 students of Crazy and Morgan. The collection method was used by stratified sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. Basic statistics, t-test and one-way analysis of variance. When a statistically significant difference of .05 was found, pairs were compared using the Scheffe method. The results of the study found that 1. Perceptions of school teachers in Saphan Sung District under Bangkok regarding the role of school administrators in organizing learning organizations. Overall and in each aspect it is at a high level. 3.
