Abstract

This research is quantitative research and aims; (1) to study management strategies for disaster prevention and mitigation of Tha It Sub District Administration Organization. Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. The samples used in this study are the 390 persons who are living in Tha It Sub District Administration Organization, Pak Kret district, Nonthaburi Province. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire and data analysis was done by using computer software, percentage (%), mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) and tested the hypothesis with independent sample t-test and compared the relationship of more than 2 groups with One-Way ANOVA. The results of the research showed that management strategies for disaster prevention and mitigation of the Organization Administration in Tha It Sub district, Pak Kret district, Nonthaburi Province entirely was at the high level in the preparation of resources, the objectives and goals of the organization, followed by the vision of the organization and mission and the analysis of environment in the future.
