Performance Evaluation of the Thungthong Subdistrict Administrative Organization , Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Provincial

Abstract

The objective of this study were to performance evaluation the Thungthong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Provincial in term of financial perspective ; Internal process ; Customer perspective and Learning and Growth perspective by Balanced Scorecard concept. Research study was conducted using a quantitative research methods. The data was also gathered through questionnaires answered by 384 samples of the people who lives in Thungthong Subdistrict Administrative Organization Ares. The data for the analysis was Descriptive statistics for conclude and discussion of results according to the specified research objectives. The results revealed that the performance evaluation of Thungthong Subdistrict  Administrative  Organization, Kanchanaburi Provincial in financial perspective the past 3 years were the income has been greater than the expenditure, the overall of performance of the Thungthong Subdistrict  Administrative  Organization in internal process perspective were in good level at 89.52 percentage, performance of Thungthong Subdistrict  Administrative  Organization, Kanchanaburi Provincial in customer perspective has good level, performance of Thungthong Subdistrict  Administrative  Organization, Kanchanaburi Provincial in learning and Growth perspective were has good level, the Thungthong Subdistrict  Administrative  Organization has human development plan and continuous learning and training. The Executives, officers and relevant agencies should be focus to efficient internal processes and to raising awareness of the importance of efficient internal process, the employee of the organization should  be develop the skill and readingess to work continously.
