Abstract
This study aimed to (1) compare the human resource management of Tha It Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. The sample group for answering the questionnaire was personnel working in Tha It Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, who were determined by the sample size using Yamane's ready-made table at a confidence level of 0.5 in this research, totaling 118 people. The researcher used the data from the questionnaires to evaluate the results using a computer using the SPSS statistical program. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and analysis of the relationship between variables.
The results of the research found that the overall human resource management of Tha It Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province was at a high level (average = 3.88, S.D. = 0.42). When considering each aspect, it was found that the development aspect had the highest mean. With an average value (mean value =3.92, S.D.= 0.426), followed by training value (mean value =3.88, S.D.=0.338), and the value with the lowest average value was education value (mean value =3.83, S.D.=0.495). Personal factors affecting human resource management of Tha It Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, studied a total of 7 dimensions and found that gender, age, education level, occupation, monthly income, length of employment, and job position were different.
