Abstract
This research aims to study opinions on factors affecting the success of integrated educational administration of Rajapark Institute. The research results show that respondents have opinions on factors affecting the success of integrated educational administration of Rajapark Institute at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that opinions were at the highest level in 3 aspects: values, followed by structure, and strategy. Four aspects with high opinions were at a high level: employees/personnel, skills/expertise, formats/practices, and the aspect with the lowest average value was management system. The data analysis results compared opinions on factors affecting the success of integrated educational administration of Rajapark Institute, classified by different personal factors, which had different effects on opinions on integrated educational administration. Different genders had different opinions on factors affecting the success of integrated educational administration of Rajapark Institute, classified by gender, with statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level. Females had higher opinions than males. Different ages had different opinions on factors affecting the success of integrated administration. The education of Rajapark Institute classified by age when considering each aspect found that the structure aspect, the management system aspect, the form/practice aspect, the knowledge processing and filtering aspect, the skills/expertise aspect, the staff/personnel aspect, the strategy aspect, the values aspect were not significantly different at the .05 level.
