Abstract

This research aims to 1. Study the management according to the principles of good governance of Hin Kong Sub-district Municipality, Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province. The quantitative study was used. The sample population used in this study was 99 people living in the area under the responsibility of Hin Kong Sub-district Municipality by accidental or convenience sampling. The questionnaire was used as the analysis tool and descriptive statistics were presented.


          The results of the study found that the management according to the principles of good governance of Hin Kong Sub-district Municipality, Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was at a high level in all aspects, ranked by the average level as follows: rule of law, morality, participation, value for money, responsibility, and transparency, respectively. Considering each aspect, 1 rule of law was at a high level overall. 2 morality was at a high level overall. 3 transparency was at a high level overall. 4 responsibility was at a high level overall. 5 participation was at a high level overall. 6 value for money was at a high level overall. Recommendations 1) The rule of law aspect with the lowest average value is that the municipality explains and provides knowledge about the rules, regulations, and municipal ordinances that the municipality has enacted for the public to know and understand. 2) In terms of moral principles, the lowest average score is that municipal administrators perform their duties based on the principles of correctness and fairness and are good examples for the public.
