Abstract

This academic article aims to analyze the implementation of the People's Bank Project of the Government Savings Bank Head Office. The analysis and synthesis are based on literature reviews from books, documents, textbooks, articles, research, and related literature. The descriptive research is conducted by collecting data from interviews with the executives of the People's Bank Project, questionnaires from the members of the People's Bank Project, and questionnaires from the employees of the People's Bank Project. The interviews with the executives' opinions on the implementation of the People's Bank Project were conducted by 2 people. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of the People's Bank Project of the Government Savings Bank Head Office resulted in satisfaction among the members of the People's Bank Project. The members of the People's Bank Project thought that the services received were convenient and accurate. Information was provided for preparing documents and evidence used in considering loan approval, which was very beneficial to the members of the People's Bank Project. The staff provided advice and clear public relations, were willing to provide services, were honest, and the service locations were convenient. Able to support members of the People's Bank Project adequately and see that the People's Bank Project has helped reduce the debt burden of the existing members, which gives members the opportunity to expand their business and create stability in their careers.
