Abstract

This review article is to study 3 research articles on policy implementation: 1) Research article on the implementation of the elderly allowance policy: a case study of Wang Yang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Suphan Buri Province 2) Research article on the implementation of the elderly allowance policy: a case study of Han Thao Subdistrict Municipality, Pak Phanun District, Phatthalung Province 3) Research article on the implementation of the elderly allowance policy: a case study of Kosamphi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kosamphi Nakhon District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. It was found that the research articles of Suphan Buri Province used the concepts of Carl E. Van Horn and Donald S. Van Meter. Policy implementation is the implementation of the policy covering all activities, performed by the government and private sector, both individuals and groups. The research articles of Phatthalung Province used the concepts of Williams. Policy implementation is the ability of the organization to gather administrative resources in the organization to be able to work to achieve the organization's objectives, which requires the procurement/preparation of various methods to make the implementation of the policy successful, using continuous efforts over a period of time until it can be successfully implemented. And the research article of Kamphaeng Phet Province uses Dye's concept that defines a model for determining public policy. The system model, a political system can exist by having institutions and processes that have the power and duty to allocate values ​​to society. This is considered the policy of that political system. If the policy is appropriate, it will create support for the decision-making of the political system.
