Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the job motivation of Generation Y people working for government agencies in Lopburi Province. An in-depth analysis is quality research. There are tools to collect information. Semi-structured interview. The data collected from key informants are 7 Generation Y who work in government agencies. Analyze the data using content analysis. (Content Analysis)


The results showed that the important factors that stimulate the work of Generation Y people who work in the government sector consisted of internal factors, namely personal attitudes. and family attitudes and external factors such as compensation, job characteristics Relationship with work environment with colleagues and opportunities for career advancement.
