Abstract

This research is a study on the satisfaction of the Air Force personnel in the Science Division, Science Division. The objectives are to study the level of satisfaction and to compare the satisfaction of the Air Force personnel in the Science Division, Science Division. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the population in the study, 180 Air Force personnel in the Science Division, Science Division. The data analysis used statistics of percentage, mean, and standard deviation.


The results of the study found that the Air Force personnel in the Science Division, Science Division had the highest overall satisfaction, ranked as follows: Most Satisfied Including work success (¯x = 4.59), followed by the nature of the work performed ( = 4.55), responsibility (  = 4.53). High satisfaction includes policy/plan and administration (¯x = 4.52), followed by being respected ( = 4.43), salary and benefits (  = 4.43), respectively.
